Blackout Comms for Heltec v4 Expansion Kit

This is not for Lilygo Pager! If you have that device, go to the Lilygo Pager Firmware Installer page.
  1. Connect the pager to your PC using a high quality data cable.
  2. Press and hold the User button, tap the heltec's Reset button, then release the Reset button. It's now ready for a firmware flash.
  3. Click the install button below and click through the steps.
